Oral Presentations
Your Oral presentation is comprised of a presentation followed by questions and answers, consisting of a 8 minute presentation followed by a 4 minute Q+A.
New Investigator Award presentations are comprised of a presentation followed by questions and answers, consisting of a 10 minute presentation followed by a 5 minute Q+A.
Advanced Trainee presentations are comprised of a presentation followed by questions and answers, consisting of a 5 minute presentation followed by a 2 minute Q+A.

Presentation Guidelines
Please Please create your PowerPoint presentation in the 16:9 ratio, as this is the best display for the venue screens.
A PowerPoint slide template including a slide for your disclosure of interests statement can be downloaded here.
A disclosure of interests slide needs to be included at the beginning of each presentation please. Please make sure you delete the statements which are not applicable to you.
These will be reviewed at the Speakers' Preparation Room and if you have been unable to include a slide the technician will automatically include a slide noting that the disclosure of interests statement was not returned.
Abstract Publication
Please note that acceptance of your abstract is taken as confirmation of your agreement to have your abstract published in the conference proceedings and the conference app.
Abstract Withdrawal Policy
If you decide to withdraw your abstract, please let us know as soon as possible so that the program can be adjusted accordingly. Final date to withdraw abstracts is 9 September 2024. To view the abstract withdrawal policy click here.
Registration
All presenting authors (oral and poster) must register and pay to attend the Meeting by 2 September 2024, to be included in the abstract publication and conference app. Otherwise we regret that your presentation will have to be removed from the program.

Student Registration:
Students must submit a letter from their supervisor defining their student status and include a copy of their current student card when registering for the conference. On registration, students will be asked to email this documentation to sleep@theconferencecompany.com.
